Hi — I'm Adam, and this is my diner.
Twenty-some years ago I started flipping eggs on St. Francois Street, and somehow I never stopped. What started as a small breakfast spot turned into something I didn't expect — a place where regulars become family, where we sing happy birthday three times a week, and where the coffee's always on for whoever walks in.
We're nothing fancy. The pancakes are fluffy. The burgers are big. The eggs are however you want them. And if it's your birthday, dessert's on us.
